Cleancool
The secret of Cleancool is in its multi-channel cross section, special textile design and finishing. It applies the capillary theory to textile development by moving moisture away from the skin to the outer layer of the fabric. It then dries that moisture faster than any other fabrics and thermo-regulates the body.
The irregular network of fibres from its multi-channel cross section creates numerous contact points, giving rise to capillary action, which is important for the transport of liquid moisture. These multi-fibre contact points do not occur with traditional round fivers because of their geometry. The excellent transport, drying and comfort characteristics of Cleancool ensures that perspiration does not accumulate, but quickly reaches the surface where it is released to the surrounding air, thus the skin stays drier for longer.
Although Cleancool fabrics move moisture quickly, individual fibres do not absorb moister readily (in fact about 1% by weight compared with over 10% with cotton fibres). This helps Ceancool fabrics to dry quickly and reduces the potential for odour, bacteriological or mildew attack. Additionally, with its anti-microbial component, Nano size silver (Ag) contained in the fibre, Cleancool eliminates various harmful germs and odor-causing germs.

Ho-Cooling is a high functional fibre designed with slots conduct to siphon effect. It draws moisture away from the skin promptly and transfers it to the outer layer. It helps to regulate body temperature so the fabric keeps you dry and comfortable.

Technofine
The perfect fabric for aerobic sports wear. Technofine helps keep you comfortable even when you're exercising hard. That's because Tehcnofine absorbs perspiration faster and dries more quickly than regular polyesters.
UV Resistance Fabrics

1) Sunpaque: High UV Polyester Lycra Jersey knits from 200 – 280 GSM
The qualities are designed for Ultra high UV resistance. When traditional UV resistant fabrics are exposed to moisture (perspiration or water) there can be a significant reduction in UV resistance, particularly White colour. This product however uses a special polyester yarn made with a “Titanium Dioxide (ceramic)” core which blocks UV when, especially when wet. The yarn is made in Japan and is ideal for high level sporting applications where the wearer is exposed to prolonged periods of UV while performing strenuous activities. All of these qualities are combined with Lycra to create good stretch characteristics.

2) Polyester Micro Mesh from 150 – 250 GSM
These qualities are made from 100% Polyester Microfiber and are double knit construction with Mesh effect. The 150 – 170 GSM qualities are rated +30 UPF and the +170 GSM are rated +50 UPF. These are excellent and very comfortable fabrics that can be used in sporting (running etc) and even work wear applications.

3) Combed Cotton Cotton Pique and Cotton Jersey
These fabrics are made using 100% fully combed cotton and carry a +50 UPF rating. They start at 190 GSM and can go up to heavier weights. They are also dyed using highly resistant UV dye stuffs. Which ensures looking lasting colours when exposed to sunlight (a common problem with Cotton fabrics).
